Our Travel Services

Ever After Escapes provides travel research, planning, advisory, booking-assistance and related travel-support services.

Depending on the requested service, we may assist with:

• Hotels and resorts.
• Cruises.
• Theme-park vacations.
• Tours, excursions and destination experiences.
• Transportation and rental-car arrangements.
• Group or family travel.
• Luxury travel and customized itineraries.
• Sports, entertainment or event-related travel.
• Other travel products offered by participating suppliers or booking partners.

Ever After Escapes generally acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent travel suppliers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, EAE does not own, operate or control airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, transportation companies, tour operators, ticket providers or other independent travel suppliers.

Quotes, Pricing and Availability

Travel prices, fares, room categories, cabin categories, promotional offers, ticket inventory, amenities, upgrades and availability may change at any time before a reservation is confirmed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• A proposal or quote is not a guaranteed reservation.
• Prices may change until payment or deposit is accepted and the supplier confirms the booking.
• Taxes, resort fees, destination charges, government fees, gratuities, baggage fees, insurance premiums or other supplier charges may apply.
• Promotional amenities, room upgrades, onboard credits, resort credits and similar benefits are subject to the applicable supplier's terms and availability.
• Photographs and descriptions are illustrative and may not represent the exact room, cabin, property, vehicle or experience received.

Traveler Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of all information before a booking is finalized.

You are responsible for providing accurate:

• Legal traveler names.
• Dates of birth where required.
• Contact information.
• Passport information where applicable.
• Travel dates and destination selections.
• Room, cabin or occupancy information.
• Accessibility or special-assistance requirements.

Names used for air travel, cruise travel and certain international bookings should match the traveler's government-issued identification.

Travelers are responsible for passports, visas, identification, immigration documents, entry requirements, vaccination or health requirements, customs requirements and other travel documents applicable to their itinerary.

Entry and documentation requirements can change. Travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authority before travel.

Deposits, Payments and Transactions

Travel reservations may require deposits, installment payments, full payment or other financial commitments established by the applicable travel supplier.

By authorizing a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payments may be processed directly by a travel supplier, booking platform, merchant processor or another authorized service provider.

Supplier payment schedules, deadlines and cancellation penalties apply to the applicable booking.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Travel reservations are subject to the cancellation, change and refund policies of the applicable supplier.

Depending on the booking:

• Deposits may be nonrefundable.
• Cancellation penalties may increase as the departure date approaches.
• Certain fares, promotional rates, tickets or packages may be completely nonrefundable.
• Name changes may not be allowed or may require fees.
• Rebooking may be subject to fare differences and supplier-imposed charges.

Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the applicable supplier's terms and the specific reservation purchased.

Ever After Escapes cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, credit, waiver or exception outside the supplier's published terms.

Travel Insurance

Travel involves financial and logistical risk. Depending on the trip, travel insurance may help protect against certain covered events.

Insurance products, benefits, exclusions, limitations and claim decisions are governed by the applicable insurance policy and insurer.

Unless specifically licensed and acting in that capacity, Ever After Escapes does not determine insurance coverage or make insurance claim decisions.

Independent Travel Suppliers

Airlines, cruise lines, resorts, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, event providers and other travel suppliers are independent businesses.

Their services are governed by their own contracts, policies and conditions.

Ever After Escapes is not responsible for the acts, omissions, insolvency, scheduling decisions, service failures or operational decisions of an independent supplier except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Supplier Changes and Travel Disruptions

Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of Ever After Escapes.

Examples include:

• Flight cancellations or schedule changes.
• Weather.
• Natural disasters.
• Labor disruptions.
• Government actions.
• War, civil unrest or security events.
• Public-health emergencies.
• Supplier closures or insolvency.
• Mechanical or operational issues.

EAE may assist travelers in communicating with suppliers or exploring alternatives, but cannot guarantee the outcome of requests involving events outside our control.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Messages may include travel inquiry follow-up, requested information, customer-service messages, appointment reminders, proposal updates, reservation-related communications, travel reminders, promotions, special offers or other travel-related communications consistent with the consent provided.

After you reply STOP, we may send a final confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed.

You may later opt back in through an available Ever After Escapes consent mechanism.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Telephone Calls, Callbacks and AI-Assisted Services

Inbound AI receptionist

Calls placed to Ever After Escapes may be answered or assisted by an automated or artificial-intelligence receptionist.

An AI-assisted receptionist may:

• Answer routine questions.
• Identify the purpose of a call.
• Collect information voluntarily provided by the caller.
• Route calls.
• Schedule appointments.
• Create callback requests.
• Assist with customer-service or travel inquiry intake.

Where required by law or applicable operational procedures, callers may be informed that the interaction involves automation or AI technology.

Requested callbacks

If you request a callback, request travel assistance, submit an inquiry or otherwise ask Ever After Escapes to contact you by telephone, we may return that call using an employee, contractor, automated system or AI-assisted technology, subject to applicable law and the consent you provided.

Artificial or prerecorded voice

Outbound calls using an artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice will be made only as permitted by applicable law and based on the level of consent required for that communication.

Marketing or telemarketing communications using artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voices may require prior consent that is separate from these Terms.

These Terms do not independently create consent for any communication where applicable law requires a separate affirmative consent.

Recording and transcription

Calls may be recorded, transcribed, summarized or analyzed where disclosed and permitted by applicable law for purposes such as quality assurance, customer service, training, documentation, security or compliance.

Email Communications

By providing an email address in connection with a travel inquiry, reservation or service request, you authorize Ever After Escapes to send emails reasonably related to that inquiry or transaction.

Marketing emails may be unsubscribed from using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the email.

Website Use

You agree not to use the Ever After Escapes website or systems to:

• Violate applicable law.
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the site.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Introduce malware, malicious code or harmful material.
• Harvest or scrape information in violation of law or applicable website restrictions.

Intellectual Property

Ever After Escapes branding, original website content, graphics, layouts, written materials, travel-planning materials and other proprietary content are owned by or licensed to Ever After Escapes or its affiliates, unless otherwise indicated.

Third-party trademarks, resort names, cruise-line names, airline names and supplier content remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Ever After Escapes website and general planning services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Ever After Escapes does not guarantee:

• Continuous website availability.
• Supplier inventory.
• Future pricing.
• Specific upgrades or amenities.
• Supplier performance.
• Weather conditions.
• Government entry approval.
• Travel outcomes outside our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ever After Escapes and its affiliates, owners, employees, contractors and representatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from events outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims resulting from information you knowingly provide that is fraudulent, materially inaccurate or unauthorized, or from your unlawful misuse of our website or services.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Ever After Escapes Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law controls.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

Ever After Escapes may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services, technology, suppliers, legal requirements or business practices.

The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the Terms are revised.
